Your satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that our customers receive only the healthiest, most beautiful flowers. From the moment that the flowers are cut by local florists to delivery of the bouquet, we keep a careful eye on the order and follow all terms of compliance so that all orders are delivered fresh and on-time.

Our network of local florists throughout worldwide has the latest horticultural technology which includes special climatic and isothermal cameras. This ensures that temperatures are regulated even in the most extreme conditions and that your flowers arrive in excellent condition.

We take pride in the quality of our flowers and want to know if you are not satisfied. If your bouquet does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will replace it within 24 hours.

Changes to Your Order

Any time, before we started making the bouquet to deliver it, you can change your order. Contact us by email order@myglobalflowers.com. We will be grateful if you notify us 48 hours prior to delivery.

Important: we cannot cancel your order if the floral arrangement has already been prepared for delivery. We cannot refund your money if you give us an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. If within 24 hours from an unsuccessful delivery you indicate a different address within the city limits, we can deliver your bouquet to the new address. The cost of this second delivery must be paid for separately. Once 24 hours have passed after an unsuccessful delivery, the cost of the bouquet and delivery must be paid for again, because flowers are a tender and highly perishable product.

Delivering a bouquet to a new address provided after 24 hours would require us to recreate the floral arrangement.

In case of minor changes in your order we will inform you to get your confirmation before the delivery. If we can't reach you by phone, your order will be delivered to respect the term of delivery.

HOW TO REPLACE A BOUQUET

If there are any doubts or if you are unhappy with the flowers quality, email us order@myglobalflowers.com during 24 hours from the delivery time. If the quality of the bouquet isn’t satisfying, send us please a message to order@myglobalflowers.com, attach a photo of the bouquet and describe the situation. Our manager will get in touch with you within 24 hours. The delivery of the new bouquet is completely on the cost of the company, as well as the replacement of the old bouquet for the new one.

We guarantee the following:

  • The freshest and most beautiful flowers will be used for your bouquets;
  • Delivery will be strictly on time and without delay;
  • If any changes are made to the bouquet, or if we are unable to deliver it, we will inform you as soon as possible;
  • You will receive a unique and very beautiful bouquet.
