Birthday Flowers for Friend

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

We live in the US and sent flowers to a family member in Paris, France. The prices were reasonable, the bouquet was beautiful, and the delivery was quite fast. There was an issue with the phone number we provided and we were contacted right away and our response acknowledged. This was a great company. We would definitely recommend, and we would use them again for sure.
