30th Birthday Flowers

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

The best part is that I was able to place the order in Spain for my friend in Russia, which is now quite difficult. I placed the order at night for the next day, and it was delivered on time. The bouquet is exactly as shown in the image, beautiful.
