On my recent order, I made a mistake on the recipient address. Totally my fault. I didn't realize for a couple hours what I had done. When alerted to my mistake some amazing person on the other side of the world took it upon themselves to fix it. What an amazing experience of service above and beyond. I will be a loyal customer for all my flower and gift needs.

First tie ordering flowers at My Global Flowers and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the entire service, ease of ordering, customer service and impeccable delivery. Although the florist was out of hydrangeas, they quickly emailed to inform and gave an alternative that suited me. It is always a bit tricky when ordering flowers online, but I must say that I was very pleased with the service and communication. Will definitely order again!

Flowers were beautiful. My daughter loved them. However, I emailed the team to check why no one had called my daughter to confirm delivery and it was already mid afternoon, but I never heard back from them. The flowers were delivered, though.
