Initially, there was a problem meeting the original requested delivery date. They were very kind enough to write to me and notify me, offering to cancel and refund my money without requesting it. At that point, I expressed that it could be delivered a day later, and it was handled immediately. The bouquet, teddy bear, and chocolates were as requested. I appreciate the communication and the posting of photos on the website so I can view the order.
