Gardenia

Excellent

I ordered Gardenia for my mom's birthday four days in advance. However, the customer service informed me that the florist doesn't have the product in stock only later on the delivery date. They offered a very nice substitute & my mom liked it. It would be nice, if customer service figured it out in advance. It also would be better if the chat had a real representative instead of AI.
