Flower Delivery Netanya

I ordered Gardenia for my mom's birthday four days in advance. However, the customer service informed me that the florist doesn't have the product in stock only later on the delivery date. They offered a very nice substitute & my mom liked it. It would be nice, if customer service figured it out in advance. It also would be better if the chat had a real representative instead of AI.

Ordering the bouquet on the website was very straightforward and efficient. The delivery was made on the date required, and the quality of the flowers was greatly appreciated. So very happy with this firm's service.
