Romantic Flowers

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

So happy with delivery. Ordered in Australia and next day delivery to Colombia, great service, thankyou!

I really loved the service, I had doubts because it was the first time I used it, but the service is really excellent! All good!

Was relatively easy to order, but somehow the card was missed during the order placement. That was easily resolved through customer service chat. Excellent communication, delivered as requested and the flowers were beautiful.

perfect delivery for my sisters birthday thank you so much, will use again!

My daughter received your flowers with the wine and she loved them. She sent me pictures and, yes, I agreed they were beautiful!! You did a wonderful job and I will definitely order from you again. Thank you so much!
