If you have chosen a design with one flower type (eg all roses) and these are unavailable, we’ll be in touch to discuss a suitable substitute. If we can’t make contact with you a decision may be made to send what is available in-store to ensure delivery is made on your chosen date. Vases, bears, hamper items and chocolates will vary from pictured items. Flowers may be delivered as tight buds to ensure maximum longevity.

If you cancel after delivery has started, a 10% service charge will be deducted from the amount paid and the remaining balance will be refunded.
