Bouquet 'Stained glass'

Last year I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to another city. This year, a day before the required date, Flomarket sent me a reminder about a repeat delivery - very handy: I didn’t have to waste time wondering where to order the bouquet. I placed the order on the day of delivery. A member of the shop's staff contacted me to confirm a substitution of the roses in the bouquet, as the pink roses weren't quite fresh. They sent me a photo of the bouquet with the substitution. The color of the roses was different, but the bouquet didn't suffer for it. Delivery was on time. The bouquet this year again pleased the birthday girl. Thanks to the shop staff for their attention to customers. I recommend this shop. I left one star for the website inconvenience - there was a password issue in my account.
