Happy Birthday Flowers for Aunt

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

They were extremely kind and helpful. They paid attention to every detail I asked them to consider. The flowers were exactly as I requested (even though the order was placed with less than 24 hours' notice). I highly recommend them.

The flowers were gorgeous! I ordered them from Vermont, USA to be delivered to Sapporo, Japan. The timing was tight (only two days later) and specific (the opening of an art show), and it went absolutely flawlessly! Perfect bouquet, perfect arrival, perfect timing. I was more than a little nervous, since I couldn't navigate back to review the specifics of my order after the purchase was complete. I wanted to double check that I had the time and address correct, but nothing in the confirmation email supplied that information. Also, I wanted to include a personalized message to the recipient, but there was no field labeled "message," so I dropped my message in the field called "comments," and I guess that was the correct thing to do, since the bouquet came with the exact message I had requested. I had never made a purchase from this website before, so i was extremely anxious about the whole thing. Despite all my worries, the delivery was absolutely PERFECT, and the recipient loved the bouquet! So happy with this purchase!!!

First Time I used this service to send flowers to my sister in Italy from USA. Very easy to use, nice selection of flower arrangements at reasonable prices and no crazy add-on fees during checkout. The delivery charge of USD 12 for Milan delivery is cheaper than delivery fees in the USA.
