White Flowers

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

Everything was fine. The bouquet turned out very pretty, although I missed the red carnations that were shown in the catalog photo and that would have given it more color than putting them all white. Despite that small detail that I did not complain about when they showed me the preview of the final bouquet due to lack of time, the delivery was made on time on the same day and we all were satisfied. Beautiful bouquet. I would have liked a photo at delivery. But without a doubt I would recommend this store. Good job.
