The service was fine and as promised. The only disadvantage would that you are paying extra than if you would order locally. I was sending flowers to someone in Italy without having an address. This was the only website providing flower delivery without an address and only using a phone number. Expensive, but can you really put a price on surprising and making a loved one happy?
