Roses Delivery

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

It was for my girlfriend-the bouquet-and honestly I loved how it turned out and the details in making it.

I loved that it was as good as or better than the photo; the purchase was worth it.

i wish you added delivered pictures thats it, rest was good!

Fantastic online service, they get back to you very quickly and deal with issues very efficiently, they helped settle all of my doubts in the mistakes I made when ordering, and everything went absolutely smoothly! As you can see in the photo, the flower arrangement is just absolutely gorgeous! Thank you tonall the team ❤️

This ended up being a confusing order due to the availability of the recipient, but in the end everything worked out well. Thank you to the customer support team for helping resolve the timing issues!
