First Time I used this service to send flowers to my sister in Italy from USA. Very easy to use, nice selection of flower arrangements at reasonable prices and no crazy add-on fees during checkout. The delivery charge of USD 12 for Milan delivery is cheaper than delivery fees in the USA.

It was really nice how the courier called ahead and explained everything in detail. The bouquet is truly lovely-pink and white together give such a warm feel, and the greenery made it lively. The flowers were fresh, and you could tell the bouquet was put together with care.
