- Will I get a copy of the invoice?

It is important for us to inform you about all your order details. Upon placing an order on-line or over the phone, you will be emailed your copy of the invoice containing all your order details, such as the order number in case you wish to enquire about your flowers or wish to make a change. Feel free to place an order and get all the important information at once.
- My order Is partially delivered. What should I do?

We kindly ask you not to panic! First of all, we recommend that you check your "My Account" section carefully and if possible observe any sub-orders that have been placed under your order. There is a possibility that these orders are being delivered in two different ways, so please rest assured that they will be delivered as soon as possible. If there is an error please contact us by phone or via email so we could fix the situation.
