Get Well Flowers

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

The flowers that were sent were beautiful. The process was fast and easy.

I had a great experience ordering flowers in the US for delivery in Korea. I selected a bouquet that could not be arranged in the exact colors shown. I had forgotten it was Chuseuk when I ordered. They texted and called me via WhatsApp to confirm it was okay to use different colors. They also followed up with delivery and sent a photo after. The arrangement was beautiful. I will absolutely use them again.

Fantastic online service, they get back to you very quickly and deal with issues very efficiently, they helped settle all of my doubts in the mistakes I made when ordering, and everything went absolutely smoothly! I liked everything the most - the flowers, the email responsiveness, the prompt delivery. I don’t like that the email sender says only “MGF” as I almost missed it thinking it might be spam.
