Happy Birthday Mom Roses

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

The bouquet looked neat and tidy. The floral arrangement was well balanced, with roses and greenery complementing each other perfectly. The vase was simple and practical, holding the flowers nicely.
