Really appreciated the courier's patience-he called back to confirm the exact delivery time. The bouquet arrived fresh and intact. Everything went smoothly, lovely service.

Packaging could be a bit tighter around the vase to avoid shaking but delivery timing was fine overall, arrived within the window I chose

The flowers arrived just in time for my dad's birthday. The roses still looked really fresh even three days after delivery. They were clearly packed well and handled with care. My dad loved them and I'm happy too.

Ordering alstroemeria from afar worked fine no issues
