The site was responsive and communicated everything. I really appreciated that when, from Canada, I ordered flowers to Chile - they informed me of flower substitutions they made based on availability. This was above and beyond any expectations I had. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and they have a great selection of flowers and have been reliable. I think they are quite expensive but I’m ok with that given the quality of service and product that I’ve been able to send from overseas. The delivery person remembered my grandmother from a previous delivery and she said that he was very kind to her, which I very much appreciate! One feature request: the ability to see flowers with upgrades. I ordered a larger version of a bouquet and a preview would have been helpful.
