Can I send flowers to Vilnius if I don't know the recipient's address?

Sure! You just have to tick the option "Specify the delivery address with the recipient" when placing an order. Our courier will call them to agree on the convenient address to deliver the flowers.

Will you notify me that the bouquet has arrived?

You will receive an email confirming that the order has been delivered. In case there are any other issues concerning your delivery, we will also notify you via email.

What if the recipient is not at home?

We typically contact the recipient beforehand in order to ensure they will be able to accept the flowers. However, in case the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, our courier will call them or you and try to solve the problem.

Due to a large amount of orders, couriers are able to wait for the recipient for 5 minutes. If you wish so, they will leave the bouquet to the third person.
