Overall, very happy with everything. My mother said the delivery lady was pleasant and helpful when she asked her about the sender. I accidentally gave the wrong recipient phone number but that didn’t stop the delivery - great service and beautiful flowers.

The flowers look quite nice, simple and homey. I ordered them for a friend's birthday - she liked that everything was neat and without unnecessary extras. They look a bit better in the photo, but overall they're fine.
