Everything was super perfect from the beginning although I never ordered befrore. I was ordering from New Zealand to Belgrade Serbia and was worried how it will go but support was amazing in the chat and I had amazing experience and service. The team coordinated my note and changes of colors it was super important because recipient was someone that life caught between theit birthday and bereavement so not easy task.
