Take note that the availability of a vase as an additional item indicates that it is not part of the order. Our arrangements come with a water-filled plastic holder which keeps the stems hydrated, ensuring longevity.

What should I do to cancel an order?

Kindly note that if the cancellation was made prior to buying the additional components and crafting the bouquet or gift a refund will be granted. Certain presents necessitate the purchase of special items beforehand, which are exclusively necessary for that specific gift. If a crafted bouquet or gift is already in delivery, it cannot be canceled. Crafted gifts and bouquets awaiting delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.
