With our new selection of seasonal flowers, including peonies, tulips, and orchids, we offer bouquets with a variety of flowers that are as varied as possible. The classic collection of rose bouquets will always be a part of what we offer to our flower-loving customers, but we are always in search of new ways to make them feel loved.

Do all our bouquets come in a vase?

No, however, you can add vases to our bouquets at checkout if you would like to! Some of our arrangements do come with a vase included. If you see a vase that you can add to the product description, it means that the vase is not included. It is very important to note that if the vase is available to add, that means the vase is not included in the order. We use a water-filled plastic container for all of the arrangements so the stems remain hydrated so the arrangement will last for a long time.

When is my credit/debit card charged?

The full amount of payment for your order is usually reserved within five or ten minutes of the initial security check being successful. In case of any problems securing this authorization, you will be advised immediately, and you will be asked to use another card. If there are any difficulties processing your payment, you may experience a delay in processing your order. These reserved funds will be charged when your order is dispatched. We may have to cancel your order if we are unable to process payment successfully, but we will always notify you by email or by phone if we have to cancel your order.
