Same Day Flower Delivery in Brooklyn

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

I really loved the service, I had doubts because it was the first time I used it, but the service is really excellent! All good!

very good service ! thanks

perfect delivery for my sisters birthday thank you so much, will use again!

Customer support responded to a delivery issue and it was resolved. Recipient was very happy! Thank you!

The bouquet's colours are really rich - the red and pink roses look great together. The stylish box helped keep them fresh until delivery.
