- Is there a solution when my friend can’t receive the delivery?

Our courier will wait for the recipient for five minutes if he or her is absent. If the recipient is not in place, we will contact you so that we can discuss solutions. You can specify to the courier whether you would like your order left at the reception or passed on to a third party. It may be required for you to pay a new charge if you reschedule a delivery to the following day. The next day redelivery is also payable separately. If you reschedule delivery to the following day you may be required to repay for a new order if your gift is edible.
